Service Description
This website provides information about our dry cleaning services and enables users to submit booking requests for wool coat and business suit cleaning services. The submission of a booking request does not constitute a binding contract until we confirm acceptance of your booking.
Service Terms and Conditions
Acceptance of Garments
We reserve the right to refuse service for any garment that:
- Is heavily soiled beyond our treatment capabilities
- Contains hazardous materials or substances
- Has pre-existing damage that may worsen during cleaning
- Is made of materials we are not equipped to handle
Liability Limitations
While we exercise reasonable care in handling your garments, we cannot accept liability for:
- Pre-existing damage that becomes apparent during or after cleaning
- Colour loss or fading in garments with unstable dyes
- Shrinkage in garments with inadequate fabric stabilisation
- Damage to decorative elements or embellishments that are not suitable for dry cleaning
- Stains that cannot be removed despite appropriate treatment
- Items left in pockets or attached to garments
Maximum Liability
Our maximum liability for any claim relating to damage or loss of a garment is limited to ten times the cleaning charge for that item, up to a maximum of £500 per garment.
Collection Period
Garments must be collected within 30 days of the agreed collection date. After this period, we reserve the right to charge a storage fee of £2 per day per item. Garments left for more than 90 days may be disposed of after reasonable attempts to contact the customer.
Payment Terms
Payment is due upon collection of cleaned garments. We accept cash and major credit cards. Prices quoted are inclusive of VAT where applicable.
